- Church Wedding Policy and Application Our church is happy to provide its facilities for your wedding. This document outlines the policies for both members and non-members, including details on the application process, required pre-marital counseling with the pastor, and a schedule of fees. The policy also provides information on the services included with the rental, such as a deacon/deaconess and AV technician, as well as guidelines on decorations and music. - Fellowship Hall Rental Application Our fellowship hall can accommodate up to 120 guests and is available for special events like wedding vow renewals, anniversaries, and milestone birthdays. This document includes the rental agreement and policy, outlining the process for church board approval, a breakdown of fees for members and non-members, and what is included with the rental (tables, chairs, and kitchen access). - Special Needs Fund Application The Special Needs Fund is a discretionary care fund established to help meet the immediate financial needs of people within our church family and, on a case-by-case basis, those outside of it. This application outlines the policies and procedures for requesting assistance, including information on the approval guidelines and the types of needs the fund can cover, such as housing, utilities, food, and clothing.
